Roadworks Traffic Manager (RTM)

Applications for Roadworks Traffic Manager (RTM) accreditation are managed by Main Roads WA and are subject to assessment by the RTM Accreditation Panel comprising selected Government, professional and industry representatives.

All accredited RTMs will be registered on the Road Safety Audit Portal and are required to successfully complete the competency assessed Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Road Safety Audit Update training course every 3 years to maintain their RTM accreditation.

Note: RTMs may conduct Temporary Traffic Management audits, e.g. compliance and suitability audits, but are not eligible to be a team member on Road Safety Audits unless they also hold Road Safety Auditor accreditation.
