To ensure ongoing quality of auditors and confidence in audits you are encouraged to submit a grievance in writing should you have any queries or concerns with the conduct of an auditor involved in a road safety audit.

Should you have a query or concern regarding the content of a road safety audit report, please refer the matter to the appropriate asset manager.
